THE story of

My name is Celine.  Zhēn Měi​ (真美) Artisanal 3D Jelly Art Cake is run by me and my partner. It is born out of my passion for anything and everything colourful and my love for decadent desserts. 

 

Having praised by peers for always having a keen eye and touch in matching and arranging colours, I was inspired to take it a step further and to create my own interpretation, expression of and twist on my all-time favourite dessert (agar-agar) - but combined with my love for art. I hope my meticulously made jelly art cake will not only bring a smile to your face but also prove to be a feast for your taste buds.

I am also a competitive jelly art contestant and have represented Singapore and won multiple awards in international competitions. I am also keen to share my craft and have been certified by as an instructor.
