My own expression of my favourite dessert combined with art

A recipe has no soul, but we inject and bring soul and beauty to the recipe My family and friends have never failed to be awed by the artisanal jelly cakes that I make and bring for occasions/gatherings - they are painstakingly made with love, special tools and precise techiques which I have taken time to perfect.   With encouragement from them, I now share my cakes with the customers with discerning taste. 

I know that my jelly art cake is far from the conventional cakes that we are accustomed to, but I am confident that my jelly art cake will not only be the conversational starter on the table but also put a smile onto the faces of anyone who sees it - it is my art that you can eat and enjoy, and I sincerely hope you will like it.

Osmanthus and Goji Berry

A creative twist on the well loved Chinese traditional treat. 

I select premium Osmanthus flower buds and use the right temperature to extract its natural fragrance - with a sprinkle of Goji berries to present a contrast in both taste and texture

Topping Recommendation: Perfect as is - best enjoyed on its own!

Gula Melaka

Subtle sweetness but with a dash of unparalleled 

fragrance.

The Gula Melaka I use is sourced from a trusted source of mine and blended using my own secret recipe. Try and get hooked!

Fruity, milky, sweet with slight notes of melted butter, green and nuttiness.

Pandan Leaves

I use generous amounts of fresh Pandan leaves (replenished daily)to flavour the transparent jelly enveloping the flowers - the Pandan's decorous scent adds another dimension to the already fragrant base!

I use generous amounts of toppings and cook them with the flavour base to ensure perfect integration of flavours.

ORGANIC & NATURAL COLOURS

Organic and natural colours available.

I have ingredients for the vibrant colours that are natural.

After much trial and error, from beet roots to spinach, I source for natural colours extracted 

into powder form, and blend these  plant-based materials to achieve my desired palette. 

Approved food grade coloring might be use depending on the design.
