RETURNS POLICY

 

FOR JELLY ART CAKE

We do not accept refunds / returns for the jelly art cakes sold. 

FOR BEAUTY & HEALTH PRODUCTS ONLY

We accept returns and will offer a full refund in the following case(s): 

  • When we are unable to provide a replacement for a defective product or a wrongly sent item.

  •  Products with an unreasonably short remaining shelf life

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the request has to be made no later than 30 days from the date of purchase.

Any sample(s)/point(s)/rebate(s) enjoyed from the purchase of the returned item will have to be accordingly returned/reversed/repaid to us.

Once we have received the returned product in good condition, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days for payment made. 

MISSING ITEM(S)

If you have a missing item in your order, please retain all packaging including the parcel box and reach out to us.

  • We will check our video footage of our packing station(s) to ascertain whether the item was missed out during the packing process or went missing during the delivery process.

  •  In the latter case, we may need to collect the parcel back from you to check for signs of tampering when making claims against the courier company.

PAYMENT

We accept payment via: 

  • PayNow or Bank Transfer​

SHIPMENT 

FORJELLY ART CAKE

Given that the jelly art cake is naturally fragile, we currently operate by way of self collection (at Boon Keng MRT station) at a mutually convenient time and day. However, if you require delivery to your doorstep, we are happy to arrange the same (at an additional cost).  Please reach out to us and we are happy to discuss and facilitate. 

FOR BEAUTY & HEALTH PRODUCTS ONLY

We currently offer free doorstep delivery by J&T Express / SingPost and takes around 1-3 working days after order has been placed & paid . An email with the parcel tracking link will be sent to you once your order has been processed and a tracking number is available. You can then track the status of your parcel via the provided link. Alternatively, you may access the tracking link via your order history if you have an account with us.
